Still with Ring-Project, tonight BLACKBOX KARBON will hang out with friends from Lightbox Photo Library, SOKONG! and RAWS SYNDICATE, and Gubuak Kopi. The first three art collectives mentioned collaborate to examine the meaning of contemporary circulation, its basic requirements, and explore the dialectical relationship between circulation and possibility. Meanwhile, Gubuak Kopi’s work tries to read the cosmology of Kampung Jawa in Solok, West Sumatra, which they call JAMBAK Cosmology. What is JAMBAK?
